Cardio Area

Cardiovascular exercise is an exercise that increases heart rate, although some people believe that it’s only for weight loss, we’d like to say that it has other benefits for your body too. It is also considered an aerobic exercise and is performed primarily to burn most fat and calories.

Experts and people who have introduced cardio as their regular workout have described these exercises to rely on your body’s ability to use oxygen during the workout. They mention that a person’s cardio ability or capacity can vary based on various factors. Cardiovascular machines are both fantastic and gym essentials where you can simply switch on, select a setting, and go.

Some benefits of cardiovascular activity are:

  • Weight Loss
  • Enhances sleep quality.
  • expands lung capacity.
  • Improve bone density.
  • Stress levels fall.
  • Improves confidence
  • strengthens the heart
  • It reduces asthma symptoms.

Experts and professionals have said that an average person should do about 150 minutes of cardio exercise per week. You can either work for 10 minutes or 30 minutes, but make a point to work out every day (depending on your day off) to make a habit of working out and performing your cardio. You can gradually increase your time as the exercise starts to feel easy.

If you’re wondering how hard you should be working out, then we can help you understand this better as the intensity of workouts depends upon various factors, which include your goals and fitness levels. There are three different levels of cardiovascular exercise:

High-Intensity Cardio: If you're working at this level, then it is challenging and leaves you too out of breath to talk much.

Moderate Intensity Cardio- If you're working at this level, then it is a level you typically want to shoot for during your workouts.

Low-Intensity Cardio— This is basically for beginners. If you're working at this level, it is a good level to work on while warming up or when engaging in other activities, such as walking, throughout the day.
