Abdominal stretch: One of the most effective body-toning workout exercises is an abdominal stretch, which is a great exercise to warm up with. Keep your feet hip-width apart, raise your arms above your head and interlace your fingers. Push your palms up so your hands are rotated outwards and descend your shoulder blades. Keep pushing your hands as high as you can; this will stretch the abdominal muscles.

Lunges: Lunges are a simple body toning exercise where you keep your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips as you lunge forward with your right foot. Slowly lower your left knee until it's hovering just above the floor and both legs are at a right angle once you're in the split position. Raise your right foot slowly and then return it to its original position next to your left. Rep the process on the other side.

Squats: Squats are an extremely popular body toning exercise. Squatting with your feet hip-width apart and your hands by your sides is one of the best workouts for a toned body. Lower your butt while elevating your arms in front of you for balance. Avoid extending your knees past your toes by concentrating on pushing your butt back while keeping your back upright. Squats against the wall are another option.

Stomach crunch: Lie on your back with your legs slightly bent and your heels apart on the floor. Bend your arms and place your hands by your ears with your elbows out wide. Make sure your lower back is firmly pressed against the floor by engaging your core. Raise your shoulder blades slightly off the ground, then slowly lower them.

Plank: Planks are one of the most effective toned body workout exercises that are recommended by professionals. Begin by bending your elbows and putting your weight on your forearms rather than your hands. Shoulders to ankles should make a straight line, and your core should be engaged by sucking your belly button into your spine. For a few seconds, hold the position. Side planks are another option.

Tricep dips: Grab a firm object, such as a chair, bed, or table, and lay your hands on it, palms down and fingers facing you, with your support base behind you. To elevate and lower your body, use your triceps. For differing degrees of triceps toning, use different base heights (stairs, benches, etc.). In no time, your arms will be in great shape and thus, you can include tricep dips in your body toning workout routine.
